Mazakasa's was taken by another resident named Celayca Aviles, she was amazed and touched that the other people do care for our own country.

She uploaded it on November 27 with a caption of "mazakasa nose japanese national. he studied english here in baguio.

he is using his free time every morning cleaning maharlika tiongsan overpass .

Celayca admitted that she felt a bit shy that the other people does it but we Filipinos doesn't even care. Instead we contribute to the wastes.

It is nice to see other people care for our country even though it is not theirs. But it also will show you how Filipinos lacks discipline.
