Pinay overseas worker is seeking for assistance

A Pinay OFW seeks help and medical assistance by uploading a video on Facebook. Sarrah Grace Suriaga is currently working in Saudi Arabia. It was already 6 days when she first started to feel sick and from then on she continuously vomits.

Throughout the whole video, you will see that Sarrah was shivering and shaking. Her voice and facial expression truly says that she has become weak.

Since she started feeling sick, she has not eaten anything yet because she will immediately vomit it out.

When she asked her employer to take her to the hospital, they declined to help her. From that moment she knew that her body was already giving up. She asked her employer to let her come home. But the employer told her that the contract must be photocopied first. The employer did not return the contract and refused to send her home.

Now she was stuck in her employer's home and she cannot go back home.

Social Media has been one of the most powerful tool of communication. She took the chance to upload this video to ask for help from the people that can possibly solve this issue.

Filipinos are forced to work abroad because of the fact that Philippines cannot provide the huge amount that they can earn if they work overseas. They battle with the loneliness that comes along from working miles away from their loved ones. But some were unfortunate to have encountered selfish employers.

This video was uploaded on Sarrah Grace Suriaga's facebook account. Since it was uploaded on December 5, the video has gained more than 380 thousand views and 51 thousand shares.
